“In January 2008, Sprung Instant Structures was called upon to provide the US military MRAP (Mine-Resistant, Ambush-Protected) program with an immediate solution for vehicle maintenance facilities at eight military bases in Iraq. Sprung mobilized operations and delivered 11 structures totaling 265,000 square feet within the four to six weeks delivery requirement.

Our past experience with Sprung structures has been excellent. The Sprungís simplicity belies its sophisticated design. Weíve looked at other temporary structures in the marketplace, however none of them offer the attributes of the Sprungs, such as the excellent design, structural integrity, and low-maintenance. The double panel rolling doors on our structures have worked flawlessly in this environment, which says and means a lot.

Although the fabric membrane is tough, accidents do happen and damage does occur; when damaged, small holes can be easily patched. In the event a section needs to be replaced, the Sprungís modular design allows for cost-effective repairs by replacing only the damaged section/panel(s); many of the competing designs are more tent-like and are made-up of large fabric sections that when damaged, would be more costly to replace.

Another significant attribute of Sprung is the great customer support they provide and the benefit of having on-site technical support during installation. The support they provided during installation of our 11 MRAP Sprungs was simply outstanding, and it provided peace of mind that the installation would be accomplished correctly.”
